Job Description

The Ecommerce Coordinator facilitates listing creation, maintenance functions, and projects on both Third Party Marketplaces as well as Kontrolfreek.com. This position reports to eCommerce/Marketplace Management. An ideal candidate for this role will possess an acute attention to detail, drive to learn new eCommerce skills on the job, and strong general computer skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage/Maintain existing listings on eBay, Newegg, foreign Amazon markets, and Kontrolfreek.com and optimize product listings with product details, titles, images and content.

  • Perform routine scans of online marketplace for counterfeit goods and IP infringement using our existing takedown process. 

  • Keep Amazon FBA stores stocked by assisting management with the PO creation process.

  • Review troubled orders on Kontrolfreek.com and work with Customer Care to ensure a positive buyer experience that prevents fraud/buyer abuse.

  • Perform routine audits of existing listings for accuracy, up-to-date images, and ideal SEO.

  • Assist management in one-off projects that pertain to the maintenance and improvement of Third Party Marketplaces or Kontrolfreek.com.

  • Research opportunities and processes for opening new potential third party Marketplaces 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, operations or a related field

  • Persistent attention to detail with strong organization skills when performing all job related functions

  • Eagerness to learn new skills on the job and willingness to ask questions when unsure

  • Strong computer proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and software

  • Reliable, independent worker, who can prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills

  • Determined work ethic with a high degree of attention to detail, intellectual motivation, and data-driven mentality

  • Interest or experience in the video games industry a plus
